7-day Carbon Class

The first and only carbon composite bicycle framebuilding workshop. A low student-instructor ratio of 2 to 1 in a fabulously equipment work space. No prior composite experience is required for you to make a amazing high tech carbon frame of your own!

The following topics are covered in the 7-day carbon workshop:

  2. Rider fit

  3. Steering geometry and handling dynamics

  4. Material science and theory

  5. Composite laminate theory

  6. Fabrication/fit up

  7. Fixturing and alignment

  8. Build procedures

  9. Proper finishing

  10. Basic painting procedure overview

The 7-day workshop is $3,600 per student.

Composite bicycle tube

The 7-day workshop starts on a Monday and ends on a Sunday.

Workshop starts promptly at 8am each morning and ends around 6pm. There is a 1-hour lunch break each day.

​

Cyclo/Gravel disk through axle frame adds $450.00 (all these parts are made by yours truly in house).
